Hi, I am using Rakuten Trade and bought this @ 1.00 200lot. It matched. But it shows “Average Buy Price” is 1.025. May I know why is there an additional 0.025 per lot? Newbie here.
Same problem goes to another stock yesterday, HLT. Bought 200lot @ 0.645, and another 200lot @ 0.495. So the average price should be 0.57, correct? But it shows 0.59 instead. Additional 0.02 is added to my average buy price. Anyone facing this issue?
Steve, your solution answered my question already. They will average out everything you bought for that particular stock on that day itself. You buy, then sell, and buy back later, they will average it out. Now I understand how they calculate it already. Thank you very much.
