He will need to keep the investor to hold the shares, so likely will split out the div payout in each quarter. Based on the last 3 years trend, AA will start ramping from end december to next year feb due to strong seasonal sales and window dressing

First check if you are still holding it. Second check if your bank account really is the one registered with the broker account or not. Lastly, call to your broker firm to check the account details
