If shareholding is 50% – 90% → IJM Corporation Berhad remains listed.
If you accept the offer → You’ll receive cash + shares in Sunway Berhad.
If it exceeds 90% → IJM may be delisted.
In that case → Your shares are usually bought by the offeror at the offer price.
