I am curious about the strategic acquisitions being considered for Willow's future growth. Is Willow exploring enhancements in automation, advancements in software and AI, or strengthening our cybersecurity infrastructure? Alternatively, are there entirely different strategic directions we should consider?

Yeah, but after selling its main business, Willow doesn’t really have a choice.

They need to acquire a new business to maintain their listing status.

If they just sell everything and distribute cash, then what’s left? It basically becomes a shell with no real future.

So the real issue is not “whether to acquire or not” — it’s:

what kind of business they choose to acquire

A good acquisition could actually upgrade the company,
but a bad one will destroy value.

That’s where the real risk

Driving a car, sitting down under a tree also come with risks, for sure business too.
When doing business, for sure want to make profit.
Now someone wants to buy, with a good price, sell first lo. The owners also want to enjoy, pay quite a lucrative dividend first.
Then sitting on top of pile of cash and see how the owners still want to do next..
