Totally undervalue stock, but not until company pays more dividend.

They should increase the dividend little by little to attract investors. Right now, it's still a slow trading stock - buy 92, sell 95.

Look at their dividend history, they are. Maybe they need capital to buy land and provide more value on future lo.
