In Bursa Malaysia, substantial shareholders must make an announcement to the listed issuer and the Exchange immediately, or in any event not later than 3:00 p.m. on the next market day after they become aware of an acquisition or disposal of shares that affects their substantial shareholding. ~ 20% disposal took place on 31/12/2025. Why is there no announcement yet on new Substantial Shareholders ?
