NCT Alliance Berhad has secured approval to acquire NCT World Sdn Bhd for up to RM490.3 million, paid through new shares and RCPS. This will add two major industrial projects, NSIP and NCT InnoSphere, to its portfolio, diversifying into the high-growth industrial sector.
