why no one realized the fact the since genting bought more than 2% of shares in past 6 months at prices not more than 2.35 , the offer now become mandatory offer .Meaning it is clear cut the take offer will become successfull , like it or not genm shareholders need to sell it.

Another cyber trooper new account, mandatory offer doesn’t means it’s compulsory for other shareholder to accept! It’s mandatory for offerer to make offer after they crosses 50% thresholds not us.

Many mandatory offers (MO) in the past also failed, if you check the past history. A majority holder simply liked a particular company so much and invested more into it, but that doesn't mean he/she would want to really swallow the whole company.
