这次 Bonus Issue 是 “5送1”，并且执行价以当时公布的价格有 30%-40% 折扣。
1) 不过折扣到时候还在不在？谁都不知道。
2) 唯一能确定的是：一旦执行后，股价通常会下调，因为股票数量增加，市场买入价也会相应变低。

对无法执行的股东来说，这波操作相当于“食死猫”，因为不能卖权利套利，最终只能“被迫摊薄”。

Ppl already forgot this bonus warrant issue and today come back again. Aiya, investors still unhappy on this unlisted warrant and today still pressing it share price. Very disappointed on ytl management.
