Based on the understanding during the last AGM with the board of members, SR is doing ok to solving all the previous court case and clean up the company old debts and moving to few projects. Hopefully the board deliver another quarter.

why are you so sure that after the acquisition, the company can bring pat Rm2 mil per year? if it really can bring that much profit, then the owner must be very stupid for selling a company that can bring PAT of Rm2mil for coming 5 year for only Rm15mil... think about that
