Sue people is not a liability to genm but price drop, what if genm let people sue? haha.. market overreacting, after get the compensation genm just don't use fox copyright related stuff will do, they can still proceed with current buildings and come out with own theme, what's the big deal, all thought genm management is nut? lol
I just buy too... Disney don't want to have another theme park as competitor... but is easy to know that only the "theme" will be affected but the "park" the will able to business as usual. With the compensation the park is pay by Disney and profit by genting... If Disney is fear of this opponent (as theme park direct competitor) there is a good chance other company feel like to join.

Certain people keep spread negative comments I think they either follow the wind/analysts or they also feel that this is a good counter & want the price to become lower so they can buy at cheaper price, otherwise why they bother? if this counter is not good why they keep monitor & comment, haha.. Aim RM6 within 10years or shorter, better than fd..
I see it in a different way...like you say u don't know when is lowest by the time u want to go in then it shoots up..investment will always have risk..the day u don't sell u still don't lose..it's only paper loss..genting will come up with other brand for the theme park..no worries..
Can u tell me what is the lowest price? I just think that this price is reasonable and its worth so I bought.. Genm mgt is not stupid, they won't go and dig a hole and jump into it, sure there are many ways, Malaysia don't have a lot of attractions with cold weather, even without any branded theme everyone including foreign tourist will still go as Genting is the icon of Malaysia.. will you stop going if there is no theme park? furthermore since few years ago genm operating without themepark
market is overreacting because everyone keep spreading so people is so fear to hold, the impact of theme park is not that significant, ticket price is fix and how many can enter per day, but income from casino is unlimited, the tax imposed already reflected in the price earlier.. it will become a falling knife because people keep creating fear
yup, I knew, I was referring to those who keep spreading fear, hahaha.. I aim for long term, so even if it goes down it's only paper loss like what you said, I don't believe genm price will be lower than this in 5/10years time, genm will also distribute dividend so I think it's worth and reasonable
As I know that, project delay so longterm is that management ord know what going on... And now maybe under control so news is open to market and invester...but now on my option,, RM3 to get share of asia casino is good
Market already priced in expectation theme park will complete next year. Failure to deliver expectations is a big nono for investors. Expect some time for genting to recover.
