My personal opinion is that MUI Properties will continue to sell assets and then pay dividends. If MUI Properties does not pay dividends, MUI Industrial will not get any money because MUI Industrial is an important of the founder's family.
MUI Industrial is the MOTHER. MUI Properties is the SON. When the mother needs money, she asks the son to pay.
MUI holds a 54% stake in MUI Properties.
So invest in SON. When MOTHER needs money. We can benefit from the dividends too.

YTL 已经拿了红包。换一部分值得。GAMUDA 是个聪明的公司。DC在springhill诂计过百亿工程。GAMUDA 不会只购那么少地。GAMUDA COVE 千八亩土地，GAMUDA GARDEN 800多亩地。springhill 有DC 更有吸引力，我认为GAMUDA 会继续购更多地。

GAMUDA 之前的DC 工程是帮其他人接工。这次的DC 好像还没正式公布。可能是自己的DC , 好像YTL 这样。300多亩地不够用。还要建酒店，广场。不然外国企业也不会来。如果GAMUDA下一轮买地，应该不少。
