When we do calculations, you must be certain you do it right. We usually make some reference. Does it make sense Jeremy Yap from MB value Hibiscs at 1.6 now. How about other ppl? How far off his calculations? If its far off, we throw them in a paper waste basket!!! Do you know how much Hibiscs market price 3 year ago before price consolidation?
Hibiscs generates more revenue now then 3 years ago. By back of the hand calculation, Jeremy Yap claimed on valuation of 1.60 is equivalent to 0.64 before consolidation.
The funny thing is, these analysts uses the same equations and they all get difference figures!!! Its good they work in banks. If they work on offshore platforms, a lot of ppl will die.
