On 18 April 2024, the Company announced a proposed single-tier final dividend of 3.5 sen per
ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023. The proposed dividend was
approved during the Annual General Meeting held on 6 June 2024.
The total dividend amounted to RM287,780,900 and was paid on 4 July 2024.
