Now many shorties because of unstable market sentiments, if they bought at 0.66 they can sell at 0.67. Need more institutions power to push if want to breakout. For me I will wait for the QR month (next month) and see it's movement. I remembered Nov 2022 the price move up a lot before QR and they announced the best ever QR in their history.
