有了Third-Party Access (TPA) @ Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS)，enterprise /data center可直接向太阳能生产商买电。有了买家(data center) 和TPA，太阳能生产商也可以大力的建大型的solar farm，不再需要依赖政府的配额。Thank you boss
