mtec earning is smaller and with higher outstanding shares compare to scg but mtec is too high above it's valuation if mtec falls I'm sure scg will fall too anyway it's heavily overbought pending huge corrections too
Normal correction is foreseeable in coming few days as its ald gone up so much within short period of time. But it will finally breaks 1 after the healthy correction.
sometimes good counter IB will collect tickets until reaching saturation point only start coverage, which is why buy on rumour sell on news logic came about

Yes what kc said is right, they only disclose the analysts report when need the jiucai to buy over the shares from them. But u can see more institution named on top 30 shareholding in the latest annual report, which compared to previous year never seen one at all. They buy in silently...
