Just to illustrate. Historical Price highest :RM16.24 (Mar 2018). Since then, TNB has declared dividend of RM0.5327 (2018), RM1.00 (2019), RM0.80 (2020), RM0.40 (2021), RM0.46 (2022), RM0.46 (2023). Total Dividend received since Mar 2018 is RM3.6527. RM16.24 less RM3.6527 is RM12.5873. So the current price of RM13+ has already exceeded the historical high of RM16.24 if add back all the dividends received since 1st Mar 2018.

The difference between price charts is basically due to the dividend that was declared and paid to the shareholders. Some charts doesn't adjust the dividend paid which depends on the user which some would find it useful where as some will find it not.
