What is this Dividend in specie mean? 1,000 ARB can get 14 AIGL?

I called registrar to clarify. They said AIGL is US stock. We can sell it in US market.
But it require your trading account has foreign trade services.

junkit wong, can still get the AIGL stock tomorrow if i bough arbb stock tomorrow at bursa? because the ex-date is 19.1.2024. my remisier said this is the last day i should bought arbb share in bursa if i want the AIGL stock at nasdaq
