it is a RnD design test house. means it need to find new customer / market , to sell product ( may be a hardware like I mentioned above or software or servicing)

it need to target new market. for example, now EV is super hot. do they develope tester for PPM, PMIC? I dont think so. have not see similar news from them.
EV is not today's first launch. cont...

they should have start development since 5 years ago, if they keen enough to support this market. do you think they are late into this game?

now.. you Google their "new product" , and tell me what they have developed or deployed in maybe 2020 till now?

what is their vision and mission?
like if we see proton selling EV, we know they are heading to EV ,a new market

yea, I do read them. it has no clear direction but a general description. and I feel they have a big bet in china market only.

i talked a few china semiconductor boss. they think it is very competitive in china now. and they don't really invest in getting new equipment, but reuse existing or even exit the market. too many so called RnD house , OSAT in china.

anyway, I wish to it grow like Penta,vitrox
let the brand, company shine globally

"hard" is applied to everyone, every company. not just to small company.

new product I'm not necessary big project. but just need to be able tackle market. selling based on demand.

talent is the only thing that brings up company. so, I believe management is lack of skill to manage company. they might ok to handle 50 ppl , but it is not working with 200ppl + listed
