I think OpenSys bisness is no more lines in this coming era... Nowadays cash money is not a must.. Credit card, debit, online payment etc are the most convenient way to transfer money..
Unless OpenSys has r&d to alter their bisness so that people find its worth it...
cash is king. I still go atm take cash even got e wallet. But it business major rely on crm machine. that will be limited room to growth in business. hope their solar division n other division can expand to backup crm machine.
