shareholders might not even approve the reg plan since the issue price to TS is so low. shareholders got diluted 2 times from consolidation and issuance of shares to TS

reg plan is not 1 day affair.. announced submit and can uplift..

pls study more.. comcorp submit their reg plan in Jan 2022, completed the reg plan in Dec 2022.. Now still in pn17 status, but see what is the price now after they announced reg plan completed during Dec 2022?

of course eatech need time to approved by bursa because just submit this week.. 2-3months for approval..

any problem to wait for few months?

unless vox is a fifo player..

not suitable for swing trading like eatech..
