Per the recent AGM minutes

(a) 18% is Capital A’s shareholding in the new AirAsia Group after distribution-in-specie and successfully raising RM1 billion in private placement. Given our current financial position, we are not able to distribute all the shares we obtain from this exercise back to shareholders, by which we will end up holding 18%.

(b) Shareholders in AirAsia Group: Capital A (18.4%), new private placement investors (24.6%), founders (include indirect) (14.5%), existing AAX and Capital A shareholders (42.4%)

(c) 18% will be held under Capital A for now. Once our financial position (shareholder fund position of Capital A) strengthens, the objective is to distribute all back to shareholders.

Not relevant? Shortage big plane means they will replace with small plane. Then short plane rental spike because of shortage of supply. End up everything go expensive. Remember not airasia set the game rule. Is Airbus or Boeing set the game rule and good luck

Aduhai. If they recall big planes for inspection. Their airline clients eat what? No need compemsate? No need come out contingency plan? See carefully. Actually over past 10 years FED rate chart didnt show negative correlation with capital a share price wor. Like 2018 fed interest up but airasia price up. And now interest rate down but price up pulak. How? XD Good luck

this world is controlled by politicians and banks...... oh markets are at an all time high, crash it so that they can buy... if u sell i will lose.... and banks are robbing us on broad day light take our money then loan to us back at 7 to 10% interest... but only give us 4% or less interest if we give...
