Based on history,any penny/manipulated stock with strong FA/News/Projects/Management,The prices move first then only news come out.
Ex,Dnex.
The prices stagging for short period(accumulate),News before agreement sign(Siltera),Prices start to slowly raise onwards.
Once siltera confirmed,the prices start to retrace and back to square..
For this stock,noticed similar gameplay was applied.
no contra,only buy with your own money,Small or big, doesn't matter as your emotional won't able to control it

Retrace and touch upper Daily/Weekly trend line.
Touch fibo 61.8%/0.330 lvl with lowest 0.325..
0.300 consider as exit area(short term)
while long term ,as long prices not below than 0.290,consider valid to hold it(till official tender announcement)
Either cont do topup slowly or just wait mode.
