the big problem. quek loves HLB. and he sold the HL tower into this REIT to take a loan with HLB at high interest rates so that REIT investors lose out a less than 5% dividend yield income.

interest rates hike will kill this high floating debt geared by this REIT, in benefit HLB get high interest killing rate holders.
