Alex. Whenever there is PP or private placement, stock owner uses 5 days PWAP for their share price sale. 5 days PWAP means they take average 5 days previous price and use it as their price.
The lower the 5 days PWAP, the cheaper the price they buy.
Normally we as retail investors, we don't like PP. Bursa reject extension of Hibiscs PP to be fair to the market.
Naoki, I am confident Hibiscs is now at new level.
1. Market already know total plan oil reserves which are to be released.
2. US SPR Oil reserves dropped below 600mil barrels.
3. US inventory also dropped as at yesterday.
4. US government try to put a cap to crude oil price at USD100bl but now its already USD105++bl. EIA estimates crude oil price will reach USD108min. Expect more at USD110bbl and will maintain at this price until at the end of this year.
5. PRC covid lock down is easing.
I personally.... Really wish that world wide brent oil price stay around 75 - 85 usd.... Earn for performance and production increase.... Oil price increase too much causing inflation.... 4-5 years ago I spend around Rm7-8 to have 1 meal with drink.... Now days I having the same meal will cost me Rm9-10.... And the fact is our basic salary won't increase, and now even the oil drop back to 85... The inflation also won't decrease much... Sad but fact
I understand. I now trimming down my expenses starting with homecook meals. But for hibiscs, we are confident hibiscs will increase their oil production from 8,000 to 24,000bpd.
Trim down your usual lifestyle to get more saving, This is positive things to do..... But trim down your lifestyle because of inflation, this is not positive.....that why before I keep saying earn small but lose big.....
On other hand ofcoz got earn small is better that don't earn at all for current situations
