KSL city mall ghost mall. Covid taking very long to subside, open border with SG may take years. Meanwhile, KSL mall in Johor became ghost mall based on the article above. Midvalley and Paradigm Johor and Toppen Ikea opened, will take alot of business away. No wonder stock so cheap, it is value trap. Not very good prospects.
Nonsense. Now KSL empty, midvalley and Paradigm full. Alot of shopping malls cater to sg folks also goner long ago. Doesn't mean near to SG will do well. Have you even visit KSL before? Really outdated and very poor retail mix. Just a matter of years before have to renovate the whole mall, which will cost a lot
Ksl was my favorite hangout before covid... Midvalley n paradigm are full because of local traffic diverted from cs n ksl where many shops are closed temporarily... ksl was packed with sg traffic for 10 years, so did cs from 1999 to 2019; u r naive to think sg crowd wouldn't come back again when the causeway is open
