bursa 条例，audit年报一定要10月31日出，不然会停牌直到你的audit年报出，
有些公司可以停牌到除牌都没有出年报。

SIR 不一样，SIR 的期限没有规定10月31日。
楼上的朋友说serba need EY sign SIR to close audit。我认为年报不是EY 的责任，年报是Nexia SSY 的责任。
如果Nexia SSY 认为没问题可以过关，那么一样是audited annual report 。

我觉得现在的风险不是SIR ，是annual report 。
1。因为如果10月31日没有SIR 但是有annual report，不会停牌。
2。31/10 如果 SIR 出了，但是没有annual report，依然是停牌。

3。但是如果没有annual report，confirm 停牌，甚至除牌。如果手上有票的话，根本无法套现。

如果怕的话不如annual report 先出来，没有停牌的风险，再持股等SIR 出来，我觉得1.00不是问题。

那么情况就可能是 - 先停牌，再出SIR，再出audit annual report，再复牌。TP 1.00

如果真如你所说 nexia 那样，那我觉得月尾应该没有SIR，然后多几天 就会停牌了。。。

如果nexia 对年报的意见是毫无保留的话，也就是不认同kpmg 的疑虑的话，
audited annual report 还是有机会出的。最最重要是nexia 肯不肯签。。。

这里还有一个小概率的情况，说说而已别太认真，就是某审计师又闹辞职的话，（自己想像）。。。

想要持票到月尾的朋友，我的意见：
1。SIR 和 annual report AR 哪个重要？ 这个月，肯定、肯定、肯定是 AR 重要。因为月尾没有 AR 就是停牌，没有的延期。停多久，1天 1星期 1个月 6个月？

2。那么月尾有没有AR ? 我觉得50:50。一来，Nexia 才进来不久，确定赶得及6个季度的年报吗？二来，会不会有其他突发事件？
3。好的方面，AR 应该不需要等SIR。因为Nexia 也是审计师，应该要有自己的判断，不应该被kpmg 的意见拉着鼻子走。而且SIR 是直接向bursa SC 汇报，和 AR 并没有相互关系。

4。可以好像epf 那样抓着票吗？先看看epf 的SD 的票，在epf 的资产还不到 0.02%，即使停牌除牌也无所谓啦。但是我们能吗？如果钱太多的话我没话说。

5。那还留在这里干嘛？我觉得，等AR 出来，确定不会停牌，买 TP1.00。因为如果 Nexia 肯签AR ，那么估计EY 的 SIR 应该也不会差到哪里去了。

重复，现在是停不停牌的问题。想当年的中概股停牌有多痛苦，自己知道。。。

Abdul Karim hopes that the highly anticipated FY 2021 audit annual report of SD and the independent review report will be released on time.

After KPMG's resignation as an external auditor of SD, the group appointed Nexia SSY as the new external auditor in August this year; (cont)

Simply say, the plan A is to submit AR on time (but no guarantee).
the plan B is to apply to Bursa for delay submit AR.

we must know, if, if, if, SD suspend/delist, SD business as usual. Director is no harm at all. But you money is GG liao...

wanna bet, why not just kpower or scib, return might be similar, but no risk of suspend. correct?

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) wishes to draw investors’ attention to Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“SERBADK”)’s announcement on 6 September 2021, in relation to status update on the Special Independent Review (“SIR”).  

Bursa Securities notes that the findings from the Factual Findings Update as at 30 September 2021 (“Factual Findings Update”) on the SIR have been communicated to 3 out of 4 independent non-executive directors, on 21 October 2021.

下个拜三有多重要？
1。如果 SIR 进展正面的话，那么拜三复牌。那么多几天AR 估计也会顺利出台。

2。如果SIR 进展是负面的话，那么拜三复牌。但是AR 就几乎gg了，然后多几天就是再停牌了。。。

现在有票也好，没票也好，想想看拜三要怎么操作吧。

bursa 昨天的公告有几严厉？

我觉得karim 昨天买的1m ，可能已经摊上大事了 - 内m交易。

bursa 22/10 明确写到，sd 一方在21/10 已经知道SIR 的最新update。
而这么重要的讯息，公众的竟然不是被sd 告知，（如果bursa没有讲，就是没有人知道）。
就是说，bursa 昨天是在暗示sd，你们有一些讯息没有透露给大众。

如果bursa 把这个定性为（股价敏感资料），那么内m交易就实了。
唉，还想着等反弹TP1.00，看来唉。。。。

那他就紧张了。他昨天不买还好，可是他买了1m股。
现在bursa 已经出招了，
但是有一方还没有出声，那就是sc。
过几天应该会出招了。唉。。。
内m交易成立，可能坐10年或罚100w以上呀～～

if Bursa knew, officially, that FFU 30/9 of SIR already reached INED of serba, but serba denied it, that means at least one party is not telling the truth.

if bursa have no such info, why waste time suspend serba while bursa has other 1000++ counters to look after?

i think both up and down is possible when resume.
it really depends on how major player intrepret the news. if all think good news, LU...

if only you think that is good news, but other all think is bad news (despite actually it is good), then LD...
