KPMG forced to resigned. Worse now as new auditor need to start their works from scratch and in view of the public and regulatory eyes of them, their procedures must be extended deeper. I will be surprised if they issue clean report. And how they are able to go back to 31.12.2020 and conduct the inventory test? It can only be roll-backward which has lots of works. Bye bye for those who think this is good news.

New auditor wont share their workdone with other auditors as different auditor have different audit methodology. The new auditor will have to conduct the audit all over again with even lower materiality, means more inconsistencies will be discovered, if any. Soyonara.
