I believe gov will always protect TNB since it is cash cow for the government. Whoever become gov, they need money and anti-monopoly is no no for them.
Have you ever heard of ICPT? it is a cost-pass-through that will not affect Tenaga regardless the up or down of the raw materials. So, I dont see it as the unfavorable factor as you hv mentioned.
