That is just a formality to comply to SC rules and regulations but bonus issue won't be given but automatically cancelled as market cap of mmc is not sufficient so just a formality to take it private.

Don’t have to worry about these as it doesn’t really affect you. It’s for the company to manage its no of shares given the reduction of capital
