u think how many people will use online to buy? toto customer mostly old folks. not to criticize, but most of the auntie uncle dont know how to use online. if they know, they rather play stock. even online, will u buy? people rather buy at black market just using sms. just my 2 cent.
I would buy if there is online channel. Can't compare with black market. In fact, black market should be clamped down. It doesn't contribute to government coffers and its illegal. More businesses are moving online, I don't see why NFOs shouldn't be allowed to do so. Tech is available.
ya. u will. but is that others will? if go online, ads, platform all those fee need to pay. in future maybe, but for now malaysian will still go for physical shop to buy. last time u go queue at toto shop, how many youngster u see compare to old man.
That's precisely why they should move online. Ads is a small fee to pay considering the massive untapped market. The process for buying number is so simple, I'm sure app developer can design interfaces that's user friendly even to old folks. Don't look down on old folks, they have social media presence :) And these are the ones that don't spend small money on numbers :p
