(“FMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Focus Dynamics Group Berhad (“Focus”), to record the mutual understanding to jointly roll out a new chain of lifestyle focused pharmacies, to capitalise on the growing need for individuals to look after their health on an ongoing basis (“Intended Business”), whereby a special purpose vehicle (“SPV”) will be jointly formed with the shareholding of 60% FMSB and 40% LKL to undertake the Intended Business.
