No one can obtain the proof unless demanded by an authority like Securities Commission Malaysia. Anyone asking for proof may misuse the document for illegal purposes. Only show your proof or evidence to the authority in charge. Many out there are promoters or scammer in disguise.

One should question the ethics of the company. No company would allow for a dilution of PP and RI hurting its share base = hurting shareholders. Only those who knew of the value of those share issuance will kept the printing going. Print shares with no cost and sell under market value to turn it into a profit. Who's buying it? Newcomers.
