Announce news to be seen as them not reshuffling the assets but as a matter of fact they are just pooling the funds here and there. What's the matter of all the share dilution? To exercise share consolidation? Let's not forget that share consolidation will soon bring about the worst in share value performance as it declines further. DGB, Sanichi, netx and many more.
