maybe because COVID-19 goes up > all cash flow in glove counter > MCO coming> no big project develop in Malaysia > steel counter go downtrend ( even steel price new high but no sales)

for my opinion, the only reason will let steel counter down very low is the steel price drop. If steel price can maintain the price or goes up, then steel counter will have support very soon and have the next up trend wave
