MAG has approved the proposal from all boards of directors to acquire Malaysia’s third largest aquaculture producer (NORTH CUBE) with majority of votes on EGM 2/7/2021.

MAG became the Malaysia’s second largest aquaculture industry by the owner, Ng Min Lin. This double up the production and profit guarantee. I am impressed with him as he fullfilled all his promises by bringing MAG to better vision and future.

I am an investor take company management team and major shareholder seriously and carefully before buy a stock. Great team lead by great leader like Mr.Ng is always my first choice.
(MAG was called as Xinghe Holding Berhad before, which was a negative PN17 company previously if you all may recall. The savior came in and turn the company into positive growth company and make profit in short period of time). It's only cost at RM0.20. I personally intend to hold this for longer period.
