如果以总计合约价值和竣工日期来计算，Kpower的营业额即将在下一个financial year迎来大爆发，每个季度的营业额来到超过100millions 管理层还有提到有信心在未来一年拿到超过20亿的合约， 未来可期！
投行也给出RM4.16的TP 以15x PE来算

Bernard, doing share split is to improve the liquidity of the shares (same as Bonus issue but as company dont have enough retained earning to do BI , so they choose to undergo share split)
Warrant can be converted into ordinary shares by adding the exercise price with the stated ratio, it can increase cash flow of company but will dilute EPS as well. It has a 5 years if maturity date.

sure is good thing.. sharesplit so that there are more cheaper ticket in the market for investor to buy... increase share liquidity. Free warrant is free money... Warrant exercise price is 2.5 cause company is confident they can do good in future... thats why set high exercise price
