i personally think good price because consider undervalued. by comparing with the historical chart data all time lowest is 3.1c. Not sure will it drop further due to this coming political uncertainty ahead and pandemic.
Since you have asked whether 40c is a good deal or not, the above will be my humble comment. if you have understand my comment correctly i did not mention buying at the lowest nor selling at the highest. What I'm trying to highlight was as according to the HISTORICAL chart the lowest was 3.1c. Additionally wether will it drop further is a total uncertainty.
Well said it was pointless but why are you here looking at comments as all comments will be pointless as well? As leong said there is no buy lowest nor sell highest and I believed no one here has true answers but guessing, analyzing and adding some proven historical records will support my views only.
