right issue, every 2 shares give 6 rights. you can subscribe the right share @13sen per share. if you subscribe the right, every 2 existing shares will give you 3 free warrants.
theorical price of share post right = (25+13s x3)/4 = 16s, value of right = 16-13=3s
however, the value of right might differ base on the current share price
if price go lower, value of right will go lower
you may sell the right if you choose not to subscribe, there is a limited days to sell, read announcement
