The Proposed Acquisitions would enable LOTUS to gain access to over 1,744.50 acres of agriculture land for its intended Plantation Business, for which the Board believes are opportune and expected to enhance the shareholders’ value of LOTUS as it will provide the LOTUS Group with another stream of revenue and income in addition to its existing wheat flour milling operations and trading of starches.
