if brent up, crude up as well, it's an indicator for scrap price, for reference, we usually refer to London Metal Exchange for local scrap price

if you guys can refer to LME, steel scrap rose from USD 263 to USD 309.50 from 1st July to now, since this period covers Jag's upcoming QR, it should be nice nice
