The Board of Directors of Nexgram wishes to announce the following additional information
as required in Query:
1. The source of the supply of the PPE i.e. the gown and medical gloves to NBSB
for NBSB’s onward distribution to MAPU.
NBSB get the supply from Crecom Burj Gloves Sdn Bhd which NBSB is the appointed
representative for AAMI Isolation Gown and K-Gloves Nitrile Examination.
2. Total capital and/or investment outlay required of NEXGRAM and/or NBSB in
respect of the venture into the distribution of PPE to MAPU.
No capital or investment outlay is required by NBSB as the customer is required to pay
the deposit of their order.
3. Clarification on whether the sale of PPE to MAPU requires any government
approvals in Malaysia and/or Indonesia. If yes, please state the government
approvals NBSB needs to obtain and the status of such approvals.
PPE is not required approval from Medical Device Authority. However, MAPU will apply
the special access approval from Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia upon
each delivery.
4. The commencement and expiry dates of the sale of the Products to MAPU as
stipulated in the Agreement.
The first delivery of the order for AAMI Isolation Gown and K-Gloves Nitrile
Examination Gloves-Powder Free will be on November 2020.
