cow dung! hahaha. dont be so angry.anyway, every1 is encouraged to attend coming meeting to address their concerns. particularly on matter regarding esos that it can only be justified when PIC can sustain company's profit or growth. though the exercise of esos which was immediatley sold in return for profit by esp some of its management didnt constitute illegal act, but it wld definitely give bad impression on company's governance particularly when such transaction was done within closed period.
lim kia. its great u ll attend the meeting. personally, i'd agree with esos if company is really in expansion with sustained profit being made, and vise versa. by the way, other issues which are much crucial to stability of company such as the progress of export to china and products approval from indonesia authrority, shd be focused on.
