Guys, let put it this way. Faster sell off all your shares before they bankrupt!!!
they ardy issued shares option to staffs few times before this which showing they r financial unhealthy.
furthermore, this company is making a lost income since 2013 & and till today still generated a negative loss Profit after tax.
The lastest A.Report also showing they are making lost revenue. Couple with the NEGATIVE Cash Flow, do you think they got cash/money to buy a new company???
they oly have a current cash balance of RM2million. YOU WANT TO BUY A COMPANY WITH RM2million.
want to buy a house with RM2m also difficult nowadays ….dun say buy a company!!
Alternative they can loan from bank. But do you think bank will lend money to this type of rubbish company??? bank rather invest themselves.
hahah..if you are buyng this type of unhealthy company, it is like playing in casino...but I think casino is even better than this.
most importantly is the director is selling his ship now...Will you be selling your own son and telling ppl to buy your own son because they are good???that is rediciious…and the director also say gt intention to buy..no black & white yet..
.the directors and his beloved internal staffs (having staff share options) ardy sold of their shares at a super good price already and usually this type of company will file for bankruptcy after few months. You guys will know this practice if you r in the market for years.
