dont be bothered by fundamental, fundamental only tells u about the past to predict the future, situation now is diff due to covid, excess liquidity everywhere cz of bank moratorium, no 4d and no genting, and also less entertainment, no thai club to burn $$$, those hot money eventually find its way into stocks, those fundamental gurus missed out big time. this hot market will continue at least till sept when moratorium is over.
High PE means overvalued, as the current price grow too high than the expectation . But the estimation price set before COVID, now during COVID, for sure it will be higher PE as no one estimated COVID before.
There are two ways to interprete PE.
1. You can say that you need 99.37 years to break even.
2. High PE means high confidence and expectation. Normally stocks which people expect will have good results tend to have high PE.
It is really up to you how to interpret PE. (Don't forget to take the broader market into consideration too).
