OFFERING OF UP TO 172,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED PUT WARRANTS OVER HANG SENG INDEX ("HSI") ("HSI-PWHS")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 172,000,000 European-style noncollateralised cash settled put warrants over HSI by way of market making.


The HSI-PWHS is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The HSI-PWHS is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The HSI-PWHS is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-PWHS are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
