We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 95,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG by way of market making. The MYEG-C8Y is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MYEG-C8Y is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The MYEG-C8Y is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under MYEG-C8Y are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. A summary of the principal terms of MYEG-C8Y is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 23 May 2025.
