Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 12 June 2024 in relation to the appointment of Messrs. UHY as the special independent reviewer to conduct an independent assessment and announcements on 6 November 2024, 13 December 2024, 27 January 2025 and 17 February 2025 respectively in relation to the revised timeline on the completion and issuance of the independent assessment report.

The Company wishes to update that Messrs. UHY has prepared a draft SIR report. Following further review, YNH Management has provided additional supporting documents to Messrs. UHY, which are now at the final stage of review and verification by the Audit Committee. Upon completion of this process, the finalised report will be presented formally to the Board of Directors for discussion and approval.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Company expects the final SIR report to be completed and issued by 2 April 2025.

The Company is closely monitoring the progress and shall release further announcement if there are any significant developments.
