We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that the Equity Compliance Unit of the SC has, vide its letter dated 13 January 2025 (which was received on 16 January 2025), approved the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed ACE Listing under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies, subject to the following: (i) LSH Capital to allocate Shares equivalent to 12.5% of its enlarged number of issued shares to Bumiputera investors to be approved by the MITI in conjunction with the Proposed ACE Listing; and (ii) LSH Capital to make available at least 50% of the Shares offered to the Malaysian Public investors via balloting to Bumiputera public investors.
